 With rev 1915 I

 1 Delete some topics with tags using "Delete entire topic"

 2 In admin panel go to "Menage"/"Recount"

 3 Check all checkboxes

 4 Click "Count!"


 After that deleted tags are still in tables "bb_terms" and
 "bb_term_relationships". And this link

 bblress.example.com/tags.php?tag=SomeDeletedTag

 is working. Yes, it give empty page, but not "Tag not found"

 FYI link

 bblress.example.com/tags.php?tag=TagNotInDataBase

 works correct - "Tag not found"
