 When the reference to wp-blog-header.php is added to bb-config.php (e.g.
 require_once('../wp-blog-header.php'); ), all bbPress accounts will be
 handled with inactive privileges, even the admin/keymaster account. This
 is also reflected in the user status displayed aside posts which will show
 as inactive once the user is logged in. However, the wp_usermeta in the db
 will still show the right user status under it's bb_capabilities.

 Once the reference is removed, all user privileges are back to normal.
