 Let regard forum.example.com.
 Now in the first page there is a tag cloud for all site. Let it is a
 travel forum. Topics for travelling in South Africa are different from
 topics for travelling in West Asia. Topics for extreme tourism are
 different from topics for cultural tourism. And tag "maps" too.

 The people needs more specific tags clods.
