 Well technically that would be correct if my thinking is proper. A topic
 is a topic, you deleted a topic which thereby deleted all the posts within
 it it but technically there was still 1 post made. Bigger boards may purge
 old posts but may not want to lose their actual post count. I'm not sure
 the direction the dev team is going with it but I thought I would
 interject my 2 cents.
