 I found myself wanting to add some variables from the global context into
 a template, without having to litter "global" keywords all over my
 template files. The attached patch adds a filter into the function
 bb_load_template, which allows the plugin/theme author to bring in
 variables from the global context. The code's not that complicated and I'm
 making a right meal of describing it... :)
