 At the end of the default filters (source:trunk/bb-includes/default-
 filters.php at 1213#L81) two views are defined with localised titles ('Topics
 with no replies' and 'Topics with no tags').

 Unfortunately it is not until line 455 in source:trunk/bb-
 settings.php at 1352 that the localisation is initialized while those default
 filters are already included on line 148.

 It is thus impossible to translate the titles for those two views.
