 Maybe size should be theme-decided, but a decision as to the default icon
 - gravatar's default, your own, identicons or whatever - needs to be done
 in a constant or as an option, set through the admin menu. It makes no
 sense for themes to duplicate three or four files just to change the
 $default paramater on the avatar function, especially as the default will
 probably be constant across the site.

 It would be neat if avatars integrated with the Wordpress settings by
 default, too.
