 bb_topic_labels() and associated filters were added in revision [968], for
 example:

 http://trac.bbpress.org/changeset/968/trunk/bb-templates/kakumei/front-
 page.php

 The support forum plugin was adapted to this new set of filters and
 functions at the same time.
