 Certain titles lead to a trailing hyphen on the end of the slug. For
 example, a post titled "What is Dimitri ?" lead to "what-is-dimitri-" as a
 slug. I'm not sure if the order of special character removal or what needs
 to be changed, but I don't think that final hyphen should be there.
