 It would be useful to have the forum parent dropdown available in the add
 forum form and not just in the edit forum area.

 For example, when setting up your a new bbpress install, you are typically
 creating a lot of forums and sub-forums for whatever type of
 organizational structure you want.  Currently it is sort of a pain to have
 to add a forum, then immediately edit the forum and apply a parent to it.
 So it would be useful to apply a parent while adding the new one.
