 There are several instances throughout the bbPress codebase that have form
 controls which do not have associated labels. There is text to label them
 visually, but the HTML markup is not explicit, making it difficult for
 screen readers to associate the correct text with the input field.
 Examples are in bb-admin/admin-functions.php.
