 The upgrade process (0.8.x to 0.9.1) took a forum title typed into the
 installer in the format:

 One's Two Three'

 And resulted in a forum called something like:

 One\\\\\\\\'s Two Three\\\\\\\\'

 As the title on all forum pages. The precise number of over-escaped
 characters I did not record, but evidently there is something adrift in
 the process.

 The forum name can be immediately altered from the admin screen, and has
 not subsequently been a problem.
