 While conventional bbpress queries can have views like this:
 ?view=top100
 when using slugs and unable to use +multiviews, the rewrite rule generator
 restricts view names to A-Za-z, so this does not work:
 /view/top100

 0-9 should be added to the rules for compatibility.
