 The walker class' walk function has been designed to take a depth, but not
 a root to work from. We are still going to need a function to build a set
 of forums, from a specified root and in the right order to match the
 hierarchy. bb_get_forums_hierarchical() might do the job, but I couldn't
 figure it out last time I looked at it.
