 I forgot to mention that there is a database upgrade required for this
 patch to work. After patching, simply go to the admin area while logged in
 as a keymaster. You will be asked to upgrade your database, doing so will
 add new "slug" columns to the forums and topics tables and will also write
 slugs based on existing entries.
