 I would like a "hide plugin function". So the plugin (activated or not) is
 hidden from other moderators except the Key-master. For the key-master the
 will be colored yellow or something....

 Why? Well some extensions/plugins (like the image plugin) I want to load
 for all my forums and not be able to be de-ativated. This would keep the
 plugin activation page cleaner as well for normal moderators.

 This way the key-master sees them (yellowed) but other mods don't (so they
 can't fuck up your board). Key-master can deside which plugins to show and
 which not.

 Well somthing like this...
