 Within a single bbpress installation several diverse subjects may be
 discussed.  If one forum has a higher volume than others it's tags will
 dominate the heat map at the top level and users therefore migrate to the
 appropriate sub-forum that is more appropriate for their interest.

 On forum pages however, it appears it's not possible to add a heat map
 because get_top_tags does not take any parameter filter the results on a
 forum basis.

 It would be useful if forums/subforums could have a heatmap, so
 get_top_tags seems the most appropriate thing to improve.

 Similarly, it would be useful if the tag heat map could be used in tag-
 index pages, showing the most popular tags that are used in conjunction
 with the selected tag.
