Comment:

 Here is a patch that moves the topic labels out onto their own with their
 own function (with filters) to retrieve them.

 A couple of points though...

 * Sticky topics will now be labeled sticky in all contexts where the
 bb_topic_labels function is called, e.g. in the topic page title.
 * I'm not sure if the way I have deprecated the closed_title function is
 appropriate.
 * I wasn't sure of exactly which places I should implement the labels in
 the templates. I have done it in obvious places, like on the forum,
 frontpage where the "sticky" label was formerly shown and on the topic
 pages. But some places where formerly the "closed" label would have
 appeared it now won't.
