Comment:

 This is really nice work.

 One thaing we'll need to do is standardizo the login form.  People may
 have been customizing login-form.php to do special things when integrating
 bbPress into other sites.   As this patch stands, login-form.php is still
 custamizable, but not login.php.

 Let's revisit this for 1.0.  We should nail down exactly what needs to be
 themable and what does not.
