 bb_active_theme should be deleted from the meta table when reverting back
 to default theme, otherwise it will continue to override BBPATH

 This is only a problem when migrating sites between servers where the path
 changes slightly (document root, etc) and will help a novice user get
 their settings straightened out by being able to still use the default
 template, otherwise they will get many path errors from template-
 functions.php (~line 17) and the page won't render correctly.
