 The naming of files in root should be more consistent. Files internal to
 bbPress should be prefixed bb-, while files accessed by users shouldn't
 be. By that consistency, we should have bb-config.php and login.php and so
 on (renaming config.php is problematic I realise).

 Better yet, for pretty permalinks the filenames should be hidden and all
 the 'areas' in the root of bb should be in /areaname/, no .php or the like
 needed to be shown to users.
