 It would be really nice to have actions (pre/post) possible for each
 template load (before/after the include). This would allow plugin authors
 to insert content before or after each page as desired without end-users
 having to hack the templates.

 For example there is no method to inject additional fields into the edit-
 form and post-form templates (without using javascript manipulations since
 the form has been closed).
