 WordPress's new tagging system, to appear in version 2.2, implements
 functions "is_tag" and "get_tag_link," which kill an integrated bbPress
 install because they share names with bbPress functions.

 I suggested changing the names on the WP side, but
 [http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4072 Matt thought my suggested
 replacement names were ugly].

 bbPress integrated with WP seems to be fairly popular, so I expect there
 to be a number of unhappy people on April 22, when they upgrade WP and
 their forums die.

 My attached patch is, unfortunately, just as ugly as the one I submitted
 for WP, but it does the job.
