 Excactely.

 Starting with an underscore is a nice solution. Also it will not be shown
 in the plugin list in the admin area. 2 reasons for this:
 - confusion: people will ask why they can't deactivate a plugin. Hiding it
 fixes this
 - List length: keeps the list small and organized
