 the docblock for `_wp_filter_font_directory()`.

 As this is a documentation only change, it can be committed at any point
 before the release. However it is still preferable to commit it asap as
 the release is in few days. @mmaattiiaass, @peterwilsoncc, @swissspidy,
 please review if you get a chance.
