 The issue you're experiencing with only being able to insert up to three
 images at a time in WordPress might not be directly related to the
 WordPress version you're using (4.1). WordPress 4.1 itself doesn't have a
 limitation on the number of images you can insert at once.

 Here are a few things you can check to troubleshoot and potentially
 resolve the issue:

 Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can interfere with WordPress
 functionality. Try using a different web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox,
 or Edge) to see if the issue persists. Also, ensure that your browser is
