 WordPressCS 3.1.0 has just been released and is fully prepared for the WP
 6.5 release.

 It is recommended for WP Core to update as soon as convenient. The impact
 on existing Core code is expected to be low to non-existent, but the
 release does provide more safeguards for the future.
