 To back this up with light data^1^; while PHP 7.0+7.1 account for less
 than 5% of sites, Sodium is only installed ~60% of sites where we track
 PHP extension metrics (WP 6.1+); that will include some PHP 5.6 sites in
 the data, but it wouldn't be possible for it to be on 95%+ or even 80%+ of
 PHP 7.2+ sites based on that.
