 Thanks @costdev for reporting this. We reviewed this ticket during a
 recent [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RQBWTW/p1706592287280049
 bug-scrub session]. Based on the feedback we are making the following
 changes:

 01. Updated milestone to Future Release
 02. Added 2nd-opinion keyword
 03. Waiting for the detailed PHP 7 Make post
 04. Also we have to decide about potentially updating existing code to use
 ??. For example, there are differing opinions on the ticket.
