 I'm not following closely the amazing work on the HTML processor so I may
 be missing something but I'm not sure I understand why non-conforming and
 obsolete HTML elements are being added to the processor.

 For example, the LISTING and PARAM elements are listed in the 'Non-
 conforming features' of the spec and 'must not be used by authors'.

 Also, since there are commits still referncing this ticket, I guess the
 ticket should stay open?
