So, I don't know if it is due to the recent changes cited in this ticket
history or I just noticed something that has been that way for X number of
years. I don't think anyone in this ticket has mentioned this yet.

While installing a new site tonight (6.4.2), I realized that:

-- the default Site Title is "Just another WordPress site" with no
 description.
-- the default Tagline is not set, but has the description "In a few
words, explain this site is about. Example: “Just another WordPress site.”

Citing the title as an example for the tagline is very confusing.

If I am back-scrolling correctly, I think this may have something to do
with removing the placeholder text from the tagline for accessibility. (Am
I having some serious Mandela effect or was "Just another WordPress site"
in both Site Title and Tagline?)

Whatever the phrasing ends up being per the above discussion, if the
desire is to keep the (arguably iconic) " Just another WordPress site",
then the solutions would be to:

 A) Use "Just another WordPress site" for the default Site Title, create a
description for the Site Title, and incorporate a version of "Example:
Just another WordPress site". (And subsequently create a new
 description/example for the Tagline).

 or

 B) Create a new default Site Title (assuming it needs one?) and keep a
version of "Example: Just another WordPress site" for the Tagline.

To my mind (A) is the better options because "Just another WordPress site"
sounds more like a title than a tagline. Also, (B) effectively relegates
the phrase to description text where it really doesn't serve as the best
 example.
