 hi @steemup, welcome to WordPress Trac.

 I'm not able to reproduce the issue using a site with no plugins and the
 default twenty-twentyfour theme. The steps I followed:

 1. Create a post with the title "Λατρεύω τον καφέ"
 2. Publish said post.

 I can observe that the post works as expected. Can you try testing with
 all of your plugins disabled and a default theme to ensure that it is not
 a plugin or theme causing this issue?
