 As noted above, the precedent for previous drops (including the the most
 recent one) has been < 5% of currently supported PHP versions, not sites
 that have already been abandoned (as they anyway need to upgrade their PHP
 versions).

 Is this a misunderstanding or has there been a change in policy?
