 Thanks @phanduynam! I noticed this as well in the release notes that
 Microsoft added AVIF  support in version 1.121, release data Jan 7 2024 -
 see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-relnote-
 beta-channel#feature-update

 I also confirmed this manually be opening test AVIF images in Edge
 (Canary) and everything worked as expected...
