 Side note, it has been clear to be there are different groups of data that
 need to cached.

 - Theme json files.
 - Theme files data
 - Theme block patterns.

 I think that caching all these in one place would be mistake. There are
 different types of data and have different cache invalidation needs. Keep
 these and other data cache apart, may seem like a problem, but will result
 in improve cache and cache invalidation.
