 It seems there's an issue with the image uploader where only a blue square
 is displayed instead of an image preview. This could be caused by a bug in
 the wp_get_attachment_thumb_url function. To address this, you suggest
 removing "return false;" from line 1459 in wp-includes/post.php, as it's
 causing invalid thumbnail paths in the upload admin.
