Comment:

 [attachment:"51870.2.diff"] should address most of the points from my
 previous comment.

 To do:
 I'm not sure the styles in the `editor.css` file for the TinyMCE editor,
 basically all the TinyMCE UI components prefixed with `.mce-*` do apply.
 It seems they are overridden by more specific CSS. Should we try to
 override the TinyMCE focus styles in the first place?
