 On trunk, when running this suite we see:

 > OK, but incomplete, skipped, or risky tests!
 > Tests: 505, Assertions: 70, Skipped: 435.

 When fixing the issue we see:

 > Tests: 505, Assertions: 72, Failures: 1, Skipped: 433.

 There's a new failure that was in a skipped test. Tests that have context
 elements are skipped because HTML API only supports `body` at the moment.
