 The AJAX-based plugin activation in WordPress 6.5 removed page reloads but
 also caused confusion for users due to the lack of clear post-activation
 guidance. The proposed solutions, like adding a 'Configure' button or
 displaying inline notices after activation, aim to address this issue.
 Leveraging the WP-REST API to deliver admin notices dynamically can
 further enhance user guidance. In the long term, introducing a
 standardized way for plugins to register onboarding URLs can provide a
 clear path for users without burdening developers. Prioritizing user
 experience alongside technical efficiency will lead to a better user
 transition during plugin activation.
