 error? @poena 's list is a good starting point:

 > - Can you please provide more information, including server type and PHP
 version?
 > - Is there a render filter applied on the image block?
 > - Are you able to test if this still occurs if you disable all plugins
 and use a bundled block theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or a bundled classic
 theme like Twenty Twenty-One?
