 [57989] changed the **default** font size of Pullquote blocks, Quote
 blocks, and `blockquote` elements in the Classic block/Classic Editor from
 19px.
 - Pullquote blocks increased to 24px
 - Quote blocks and Classic quotes decreased to 16px
