 One straightforward solution to address this problem would involve barring
 the deletion of an administrator user whose email address corresponds to
 that of the site administrator. To remove the admin, one would be required
 to modify and authorize the email. Otherwise, the current admin retains
 access until a formal transfer of ownership occurs.
