#61001: Hide the Editor Page Title when the current Template is "Page No Title"

 In the TwentyTwentyFour Theme,
 i would like the Title of the page to be less visible when the current
 template is "Page No Title".

 It might be subjective but i would say it's kind of confusing for the user
 that the title has the same presence as the rest of the content, but is
 not visible on the actual page.

 I've created a example plugin implementing a suggestion for a possible
 behaviour. It decreases the titles opacity when the template is set to
 "Page no Title"
