 @desrosj Might also be something to check and recommend via Site Health. I
 suspect (but haven't checked) that Sodium is now not called out as a
 missing/recommended extension due to the polyfill being in place.

 We should be able to figure something out to distinguish whether Sodium is
 provided via the polyfill or via the PHP extension and if the extension is
 not available to show a recommendation to enable it. That should hopefully
 assist in getting the numbers up.
