 @ironprogrammer Do you think it's worth including a check in these files
 for `-src` versions and including a timestamp in the etag generation?

 This is a lightweight approach for [comment:16 comment #16] to fix caching
 issues while testing without the need to account for the use of WP
 versions throughout core.
