 Hi @franzstephan and welcome to WordPress Trac.
 Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.

 The menu item and screen that you are describing, Dashboard - Appearance -
 Manage Theme Fonts,
 is part of the Create block theme plugin.
 There may be conflicts between WordPress 6.5 and the plugin, but the
 problem needs to be reported in the GitHub repository for Create block
 theme:
 https://github.com/WordPress/create-block-theme/issues

 Because of this, I am closing the issue.

 (Please note that there are plans to replace this screen in the plugin in
 a future version, so the contributors may decide to not fix this issue
 short term.)
