 No, I'm sorry it's too late for enhancements in the 6.4 cycle.

 There are a couple of options:
 * Commit it early when 6.5 Alpha opens (which happens at 6.4-RC1).
 * If it's critical, present it to the 6.4 Release Squad for blessed task
 consideration.
