  WordPress: 6.4-alpha-56267-src
  Browser: Google Chrome Version 115.0.5790.114 (Official Build) (arm64)
  Theme: Twenty Twenty-one

 **Actual Results**
 I didn't find improvement after applying the patch. Changes to font size
 are not reflected in the editor. On the front end, font size is reflected
 on citation only.
 The font size of quote text changes only if it is changed from the inner
 paragraph block.
