 - ✅ Issue resolved with PR.

 Tested the issue and confirmed that it has been resolved through the use
 of PR-5168.
 Tested the Site Health page as well as other admin pages from the
 WordPress Dashboard.
 Additionally, conducted testing on the sidebar navigation, including its
 Expand/Collapse mode for regression. Found work as expected.
