 minimum supported version of PHP in WordPress 6.4. We'll come back to this
 in due course.

 On the positive side, with the delay there is hope that by WP 6.5 even PHP
 7.3 may be in play 😄. I somehow doubt that it will be low enough though.
 As of today, 7.0 + 7.1 + 7.2 = 8.64% usage.
